Its very easy, log on to the WorldTeam11 register yourself by filling out a valid email id and setting a password or by connecting us with Facebook to register with your Facebook account or use Google to register with your Google account. After you’re through with the registration, you can follow the simple starter guide, which will take you through the simple steps of creating your Fantasy Cricket Team and then joining Contests to win Cash. You can also go through the ‘How to Play’ page of WorldTeam11.

Please check if the entered email address and password are correct which was used at the time of registration. Click on 'Forgot Password', if you've forgotten your password, enter your registered email ID and we’ll send you a link to reset your password on it within a few minutes! If you've forgotten your registered email id, reach out to us at Contact Us.

When you are logged in, go to ‘My Profile’, select ‘Change Password’ update your password & click on ‘Save Changes’.

You can create only one account with one email id on WorldTeam11. Creation of multiple accounts by a single gamer is strictly prohibited and violates our FairPlay policy.

You can edit most of your information on WorldTeam11. Here’s how: On the WorldTeam11 app, head to ‘My Profile’, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on the ‘Full Profile’ button next to the Personal Details section. On the desktop/mobile web, you can Contests’. You will be able to update/edit your full name and mobile number. You can also edit your date of birth, address and state if your WorldTeam11 account is ‘Unverified’. Remember, the team name chosen by you and the email id registered once cannot be changed.

Please drop us an email if you are sure that you are a registered user on WorldTeam11 and still can’t login using the correct information Contact Us.

Please check your spam mail and mark the email from WorldTeam11 as ‘Not Spam’, if you find our email under Spam mail. Other reason could be, that you may have entered a different email id than the one used by you during registration. If you still need assistance, please feel free to drop us an email at Contact Us.

There seems like an unexpected delay in updating your account balance. One reason could be that the bank has not cleared your transaction and hence we are yet to receive the amount.

For your information in such cases, it can take up to 60 minutes for the transaction to be updated.

Even if the amount does not get added after 60 minutes have passed, please don’t worry. The transaction is possibly stuck and our Payment Gateway does notify us once it gets successful and the transaction is accordingly credited to your WorldTeam11 account. This sometime usually happens when our Payment Gateway reconciles the transaction with the bank on the next working day.

In the meanwhile, please feel free to make another add cash transaction using an alternate mode like credit cards, debit cards, Internet banking or wallets.

Please be rest assured that your money is completely safe and will either get credited to your WorldTeam11 account or get refunded to your bank account/wallet. It’s simple! Go to your profile -> Account -> Manage Payments and enter your credit/debit card number, followed by a valid expiry date. Save your card.

NOTE:

You can add any number of credit/debit cards of your choice to your account, as long as they haven’t expired.

We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay and Diners.

Alternatively, you can also add a card while making a deposit.

Please note it’s absolutely safe to add your cards with us. We do NOT store your credit/debit card details or CVV number with us.

If you wish to delete your card, Go your profile -> Account -> Manage Payments, click on ’Add/Remove Cards’ and then choose the card you wish to delete. We assure that we only work with trusted third party payment gateways with 3D secure authentication to ensure safety & security of all your financial transactions.

You can link your Paytm account using OTP authentication. Go to your profile -> Account -> Manage Payments to link your PayTM account.

For unlinking

Go to your profile -> Account -> Manage Payments. Tap on the PayTM option and select ‘Unlink Paytm account’ on the following page.

NOTE:

We’ll create a Paytm account for you if you don’t have one. Simply enter your mobile number during the linking process, and we’ll take care of the rest.

According to our policies, it’s mandatory to have both your WorldTeam11 and PayTM mobile numbers same.

Please follow the below steps to place a withdrawal query

1st Step: Login with your verified WorldTeam11 account

2nd Step: Go to My Account and if your account is a verified account you will see a “Withdraw” option under the winnings section.

3rd Step: Click Withdraw and enter the amount you would like to withdraw. You will receive a confirmation from WorldTeam11 on your registered email id.

You can withdraw money only from the winnings balance once your WorldTeam11 account is verified. You cannot withdraw the cash amount but you can use it to join more contests and win more. The verification is a one-time process, unless you wish to make changes to your account, it doesn’t need to be repeated. We need you to provide the following bank account details: Name of the bank, Name of the branch, Name of the account holder, account no. and IFSC code. Once your account is verified, you can withdraw the desired amount (min. of Rs.200 and max. of Rs.20,000 at a time) and it will be deposited into your bank account within 5-7 working days.

Important Note:

You can withdraw money from your WorldTeam11 account balance ONLY to your own bank account and not anyone else’s.

If you do not have a bank account, your winnings will keep getting accumulated in your WorldTeam11 account balance. Once you get a bank account in your name, you can use the same to get your WorldTeam11 account verified and place your withdrawal requests.

We would request you to please check if you are verifying the funds in the same bank account you have with us. Also please check the payout entry in your bank statement would be in the name of ‘WorldTeam11 Fantasy PVT. LTD.’ In case you do not receive the payout post 5 working days of the withdrawal request, it is quite possible that your bank may have rejected your withdrawal. The most common reason for the rejection can be an incorrect account number, wrong IFSC code, NRI account etc. In case there has been a rejection, please don’t worry, we have you covered! We’ll reverse the money back into your WorldTeam11 account so that you can update your details and place a new withdrawal request again.

As per the Income Tax Act 1961, taxes are deducted at source wherever applicable and paid out by us, Thus, if your individual winnings for a single contest are more than Rs.10,000, a tax of 31.2% will be deducted. The remaining amount (68.80%) will be credited to your winnings balance. For e.g. If you win Rs. 20,000, Rs.6,240 will be deducted and your actual winnings are Rs. 13,760 All winners will be provided with a TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions, if applicable.

Important Note:

The account holder shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable tax, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the Cash Prizes money won. After every few minutes the points are updated. When the match ends, the status changes from ‘In Progress’ to ‘Waiting For Review’. In this time, the final points including your team's total and your rank are updated. Winners are declared and winnings are distributed only after our team verifies the final points. This process may take up to 2 hours. In certain cases, it could take longer. After the winners are declared, the match status will be ‘Completed’.

The points depend on the players you chose in your team and their performance in the live match. So, try to choose the best combination of players for bigger winnings!!

We would refund the entry fee if the real match is abandoned and cancelled. This includes scenarios where the real match is abandoned without a single ball being bowled, as well as where the match is abandoned after it has started.

If the real match has a result even if not played out fully, we will announce the results of the match as per the fantasy scorecard points accumulated, except where a result is a consequence solely of (i) the results of a Super Over or Bowl Out, (ii) the toss of a coin, (iii) prior results between or relative standings of the teams in the tournament, or (iv) any methodology other than those envisaged by the official score revision rules (e.g., Duckworth Lewis Stern) applicable to weather affected matches in the particular tournament.
